The year's activities included participation in the Thanksgiving assembly, radio performances, P. T. A. programs, and the spring music festival. Greenawalt, The mixed choir, under the direction of Miss Ellagene Morgan, had forty-three members who met twice a week during the school year. Auditions for membership are held each spring. The choir appeared in the Christmas Cantata and gave several radio programs. At the request of the Junior Cham- ber of Commerce, the choir sang Christmas Carols at Barnett's during the holidays. They also presented a program for P.T.A. and sang in the spring assembly and spring music festival. The Boys Chorus is an eighth and ninth grade male choir directed by Miss Ellagene Morgan. The chorus participated in the Thanksgiving assembly, the spring assembly, and the spring festival. They have appeared this year before the P. T. A. and have taken part in radio programs.
