:gt M , R mr. w. H. Evans Pgincggallambert MSW' Principal ADMINISTRATION Time was, when we walked into the main office and had two heads look up at us with a friendly look in their faces. These heads and faces belonged to Mr. Ray Lambert and to Mr. W H Evans, principal and ass't principal of West Night High School respectively. Both of them have done an excellent job of guiding the students of West Nigh through the past years. We the members of the Senior Class of this year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred andfburtyseven, ex- tend our sincere and cordial thanks to their patience, interest and devotion in seeing that we the students chose the proper subjects that would help us in our intended vocations and professions. We sincerely hope that in the years to come they shall continue as the guides for the students that shall follow in our footsteps, for we feel certain that they will show towards them the same untiring leadership and guidance that they have shown towards us. Above all we hope that when through time it becomes necessary for them to leave their present posts of helping to model the lives and careers of the coming students for the What Nexts? of life, their successors shall follow the great but sincere pattern that they have established

LIFE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL For all of us this is a gamiliar scene. Some of us will return to school next year, and some of us will never again stand in this line. We, the seniors, feel a little sad, knowing that when we leave we are saying so long to many of our dear friends. Perhaps someday we will again meet our fellow classmates, but many of us will not ever meet again. So let us pause just a moment at this picture. A picture that is familiar to all of us, and each time we look at it, let us return in our minds to West Night, and once more stand in line with the friends we made in 1946-47.
