They displayed plenty of pep and added greatly to the overall spirit ot the student body, Under the guidance of the teachers and the Sophomore class counselors, Mrs, Leona Strong and Mr. Robert Wassell, the Sophomores were introduced to high school life. At the beginning of the year, class elections were held. Mr. Robert Wassell, Sophomore Boys Counselor The officers for the Sophomore Class were: President, Ben Acker, Vice-President, Shirley DuBrau, and Secretary-Treas- urer, Karen Stiles. The eight senators included: Marian Randich, Barbara Carlson, Kathy Osler, Patsy Hancock, Mike Hoonan, Randy Hancock, Jim Richardson, and Jim Messmer.
