Throughout this very ac- tive anti successful term, it has once again lived up to its purpose of promoting high stantlartls of scholarship, friendship, loyalty anal character in Washington High girls. After the impressive installation of the officers. the theme for the term was flecitletl upon at a tea for the atlvisors. A very profitable caramelized apple sale was held and the proccetls were given to the scholarship funtl. All assembly at which a style review was presented was another inter- esting activity. This style show was given for the benefit of the freshman girls. Following this assembly was the scveuth term tea anal the donations for the three Sunshine Division barrels. Near the conclusion of this very active term. the girls gave a lively Co-eil Barn Dance. A great tical of crealit is clue our dean, Mrs. Young. for her guitling influence anti our presiflent. Nlary Louise Arm- strong. for her inspiring leadership. With the airl of the council and the aclvisors. they have marie this term a suc- cessful one. ING
