Wayne Hendrick, who aTTended The cere- mony. The beginning of The ceremony broughT a musical prelude per- formed by The firsT Viking band led by lVlr. Jerry Finnell who is sTiIl wiTh The band Today. AfTer- wards, The ROTC lead everyone in The pledge of allegiance To The flag. Third, Then-presi- denT of The school board, RuTIedge Hag- gard, welcomed every- one To The special oc- casion followed by a school greeTing from sTudenT council presi- denT Debbie Epp. The firsT principal of Vines, lVlr. KeiTh Sockwell, inTro- duced each guesT To The awaiTing audience before more beauTiful music was made by The choir led by direcTor DeWayne McCullough.
