'St' Evans George stays ver busy Evans George is a very active person during and after school. His favorite sport is basketball. In 1977 he became interested in this sport through the Y.M.C.A. and got his first taste of participating in school basketball for Crain in 1980 and 1981. This year he is playing for the freshmen team as a forward guard. Since 1979 he has been in band playing in the percussion section. This year he is a member of the VHS Concert Band. The National Iunior Honor Society is still another activity which keeps Evans busy. He studies hard to maintain his 90 average. This year Evans was voted Ugly Man by his fellow classmates.
