SERVICES WHO ' S WHO To be published in the 1961 edition of Who ' s Who in American Colleges and Universities will be forty-one students from the University of Arizona. These seniors were selected for this honor on the basis of scholarship, cooperation in extra-curricular activities, and likelihood to succeed. Nominations were made during first se- mester by members chosen from the stu- dent body. From this, a tentative list was drawn up and given to the Representa- tive Council. Following their selection, the smaller list was then given to the Executive Council for the final decision. Traditionally in charge of selection procedures are the Associated Students ' three Junior Councilmen.
