Besides art exploration, a prerequisite to all other art courses, students could take design, ceramics, jewelry, drawing, opaque painting, and tex- tile design. Students tried their hand at various projects ranging from silk- screening to setting a stone in a ring or a bracelet. Joining returning teachers Royce Fleming, Mrs. Barbara Parks and Mrs. Gretta Anderson was Ass't Prin.
