JIM CROOK BEVERLY CROWELL KNOXIE CRUMP MIKE CULWELL JOHN CURTIS MICAELA DAIA Seniors Tunes, Posters Arouse Spirit Realizing this year was their last chance to build Rebel spirit, senior girls painted posters, serenaded players, Wrote and presented skits, baked pies, devised various favors and gave much vocal sup- port for all Tascosa teams. From their 7 a.m. skit practices to midnight yard favor jaunts, the veteran Rebels put the Word 'pep' into action. Aided by their male counterparts, the upperclassmen managed to keep the spirit stick for the major part of the year by bombarding the auditorium each pep rally with a deafening victory cry. Eager to participate in all spirit-rais- ing activities, the seniors enthusiastically backed the Sandie game picket line, homeroom poster contests, and various team dinners along with keeping spirit alive with chants and claps in the Com- mons and at flag raising ceremonies.
