STAGE BAND The talented group of musicians who com- prise the Sun Valley Stage Band give us out- standing concerts and assemblies in the Spring and at Christmas time. Their various renditions of popular and jazz arrangements come through sacrifice and hard work. Al- though committed to various other activities, band members make time to practice. Their love of music is evident from their dedication and, more importantly, their results. Under the direction of Mr. Allen Muller, they prepare the stage for productions like this year’s play, “Bye-Bye Birdie” and 1988 Senior variety show, “Causing a Commo- tion . Their hard work in such things as lighting, sound, and stage scenery provide a necessary ingredient for all successful productions. By doing their jobs well, they have contributed to the enjoyable memories which all can gain from a show well done. Stage Crew Members: Jim C. TEAMMATES Team Mates Members: (Standing L to R) Denny Jones, Susan Boyer, Susan Kester, Dora Paolucci, Robert Kester, Joyce Fedena, (Kneeling L to R) Michelle Curay, Aimee Fritz, Jennifer Hubler (Missing: Dave Young) Team Mates, created by Mr. Killian to provide academic aid to students in need, is now in its fourth year. The tutoring service utilizes the knowledge of students to aid their peers in subjects with which they are having trouble. By doing so. Team Mates assists Sun Valley’s pupils in improving both their understanding and their academic performances in their areas of difficulty. Team Mates fosters friendship, committment, and excellency in Sun Valley students. Although nearly aborted at the beginning of the year, it has, with the help of Mr. Killian, sur- vived, and will, hopefully, be restarted next year. TV PRODUCTION Television Crew: (Standing) Steve Yeager, Mr. Paffett, Rich Lumberg, (Sitting) Jim Thornton, John Florio, Andrew Deluca Under the supervision of Mr. Paf- fett, the Sun Valley Television Crew has kept the public entertained with broadcasts of the highlights of Penn- Delco life. These activities range from such events as wrestling match- es and basketball games to Fli-Q meets and various assemblies. As Sun Valley continues to strive for excellence in different activities, the T.V. Crew has done the like, allow- ing us to watch and grow with Sun Valley.
