Becoming a junior is very exciting, but it is probably the busiest year. There are many advantages of being a Ju- nior. One advantage is that each Junior receives his class ring. He also receives the chance to take the ACT exam, which will help him to get into college. There are also the Homecoming festivities in which the Junior class took sec- ond place in the float competition. The rest of the year is devoted to working on the concession stand to earn mon- ey for the Jr. and Sr. prom, which they plan to create. Even though there is a lot of confusion in your Junior year, just think, only one year left! 81
