Orchestra Provides Culture The Southwest Orchestra, headed by President Elizabeth Xtarren and Vice President Sarah Welton, have kept busy this year performing in concerts and competition. The 41 mem- bers started off with a November concert at TCU, the Christ- mas Program for SW, and Regional Orchestra, The Orchestra also attended a Denton VVorkshop, UIL contest, and will com- plete a busy year providing the music for the spring musical, l3rigadoon . Choir Has inning Year The A Capella Choir of Southwest has actively participated in many contests, local and abroad. In the fall, the choir had All-District tryouts. Announoers And SOS Stay Busy Each morning during homeroom, students are given a Chance to listen to the latest activi- ties and information that the members of the Announcer's Club have to offer. At the begin- ning of the year, try-outs for the Announcer's Club were held.
