President's Address Dear Seniors: When you reflect upon the period of your lives which was spent at Southington high school . . . will these fours years be only a blur in your past . , . or will they represent so much more than this . . . A sense of belongingg a spirit of cooperationg a common prideg a sincere preparation for a successful and satisfying future. I am certain that you the members of the .class of 1965 are to be included among the latter group for, having worked with you this year as your class president, I have come to know you as the untiring and cheerful Workersg the thoughtful and understanding companionsg the spirited and exhuberant leaders. May I take this opportunity to congratulate all of you and to assure you of success in your individual fields of interest, for which Southington high school has dutifully prepared you. For all the grandeur that the Seniors may pretend to possess, the heart of Southington high school lies in the three classes which make up that group known as Underclassmen. Their contributions to all our activities and even more important, to the general spirit of the school serve as the nucleus on which Southington high runs.
