FTA TheF.T.A. stands for Future Teachers of America. It gives high school students exper¬ ience working with teachers while they are in high school. Some of their projects include making bul¬ letin boards, helping teachers grade papers, and watching classes while teachers are out of the room. It helps a student decide whether or not he would like to be a teacher. The tutoring system set up by the F. T. A. is of great value to the students who need extra help in their studies. Mr. Tyer, the advisor, works closely with Sharon and the rest of the F. T. A. members. No man ' s know¬ ledge, here, can go beyond his experience. John Locke
