Chad was chosen to present President Reagan with a plan to educate students about drug abuse at a national convention of the Loyal Order of Moose Feb. 7. After giving a speech, he was one of three X representatives chosen to meet Mr. Reagan. F Chad's leadership abilities have been displayed in various in- volvements. While playing football his freshman year, I became interested in the Turner Rodeo Team. Tom Self inspired that. He added, Rodeo is a bigger challenge than football. He now holds ' position of assistant sc master. He hopes to be a finalist rodeo in Las Vegas, After graduates, Chad plans to tend Tarleton State or T AGM to study education.

After my erformance, one of my achers was impressed that l ldn't break character once, King Tammy saidl Anderia Jenkins opened my eyes to acting. She came to my junior high to perform the drama, 'Laundromat,' which she performed at the state competition. I thought it was neat, Tammy confessed. Acting is all l'm involved in, Tammy added. The best part is that you become someone else, you get to experience things that otherwise you wouldn't. It you're acting right, you will live someone else's life. Tammy plans to attend Brookhaven College to develop more skills in acting and to participate in local pro- ductions.
