We are individuals and we are a part of many groups... all at the same time. In each of us is what is necessary to be a leader... and what is necessary to follow. We are living paradoxes and we need not be bothered by that. It is in the way that we strive that there is merit and credit. It does not matter if we win or if we do not win but it is in the trying that a growth happens. We grow and we develope more and more each day and more and more each week and year but we will no see it. Our involvement destroys our perspective and we need to develope faith. Faith in ourselves to grow and faith that the process in more important than the immdeiate product. It is the long range product that is worthy of our concern and it is us ourselves that are the long range product. Try, you will gain. Opening 7
