 4 'P The Talent Show started Homecoming off in a spin. Breaker's John Stoddard and Jeremie Blaido swept away First place and the $30 prize. “Let's Hear it for the Boys with hot cheerleader's Jamie Anderson. Sarah Mills, Gigi Smith, and Becky Nelson competed for Second place. HEAD RUSH did Come Sail Away with Junior’s Scott Pearson, Darin Hendershot, and Jason Sandberg. They both took a prize of $20 in a tie. Our host Dickie PawSome presided over the Battle Royal. The Queen candidates were victorious. The snakedance and bonfire psyched us up for the game. But the Pep-Fest activities tested our endurance. The Tug-of-war showed the Sophomores victorious. First the Sophomores satisfaction over the Juniors, then the surprise over the Seniors. Denise Evenson and Keith Halvorson set the mood for coronation by singing Almost Paradise. Once again Keith Lester sang the traditional ‘Blue Velvet.” And, King John Cheney and Queen Kristen Peterson became the new royalty!
