IT LOOKS SO BIG emoriefi 0 .SZAQUK Every person collects many memories on his journey through the pages of Time. As graduating seniors we are now closing a chapter on some of the most wonderful memories we are ever to acquire. We entered the doors of Monongahela High School with great apprehension and expectation. Through the past four years we have learned that upper classmen don't know so very much after all and that teachers are people who can become invaluable friends. We have overcome our anxieties and met our problems with a will to succeed. We have thrilled to triumph and tasted the feeling of defeat. We shall never forget the excitement surrounding the freshmen party and how we didn't know whether we should really wear socks to the first soc hop. We struggled through Caesar and the Gallic wars and nervously explained geometry theorems. We attended the dedication of the Iunior High School and ate lunch in the new cafeteria. As juniors we worked diligently as salesmen during Prom Candy Week. How thrilled we were to receive our class rings. The time spent in making roses and the late hours of decorating the gym were well rewarded when everyone viewed the magnificent outdoor garden of Moonlight and Roses at that memorable Iunior-Senior Prom. I do solemnly promise At last it's 3:15. Moonlight and Roses
