Ventura Trips to construction projects and discussions of these projects constitute one of the main functions of the college chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Besides taking inspection trips the Society has heard several prominent engineers tall4 on subjects of interest. The A. S. C. E. endeavors to be helpful to its members in matters regarding civil engineering, but in the way of a social nature a party was held fall term in the Forestry cabinf the Society also had atouch-football team during the sameterm. This chapter is a student affiliate of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Pagf 236
