Membership in the choir is open to the entire student body. The choir, composed of mixed voices, has given several pro- grams in chapel and concerts on campus. Linking the college students and the local church, the B.S.U. acts as the unifying force of all religious organizations on the campus. Students belonging to one of the unit organizations - Chu1'ch, Sunday School, Baptist Training Union. Young Woman's Auxiliary, Ministerial Confer- ence, Volunteers for Christ, Youth Temperance Council, Chris- tian Citizenship Committee -- are members of the B.S.U. The B.S.U. seeks to develop the spiritual and social life of the stu- dent by giving a foundation for a life of Christian endeavor. The Executive Council is composed of executive officers and representatives from the unit organizations. The Greater Coun- cil is composed of working committees headed by the Executive Council members.
