SENICDR CLASS PRGPH ECY I, who am now a lion tamer in the big Ringling Brothers Circus, was overjoyed at the thought of our opening performance in Marengo the following night. I thought that perhaps Imight see some of my friends of the Class of 1957 which had been twenty-five years ago. Before my performance on our big night, I decided to take a walk. Who should I see but Tom Wyman who was home for a visit with his parents. He and Jackie Little liked Jamaica so much that they decided to make their home on the island. They now own the largest fountain of Jamaica Ginger in the world. I learned also that Carol Wyman and Joe Edwards are married and live on a big ranch in Texas, They have five pink Cadillacs and three oil wells. Marengo has an Opera House now, so as I had acquired a ticket, I thought I might as well attend. Who do you think the main star was? Dorothy Walton, who had married a Wall-Street millionaire. They also had twelve children. After Dorothy's splendid performance, I wandered around town a bit. I came to a big building with a sign that said Jacks Hot Rod Shop and of course I knew that the owner was no one but Jack Wyman. I also learned that LaVerne Maddox, Rachel Larimore, and Hazel Townley had made their debut on television and are known as the Darling Sisters. That night during my performance, I looked out of my cage and guess who I saw? Shelvia Bowman and Jim Byrum with their ten boys sitting beside them. After the performance, they invited me to their house for a snack. We had bologna that came from Sonny Agan's Bologna factory and ice cream that came from the L and B Ice Cream Parlor. In case there is a question in your mind as to whom L and B are, it is Carl Linton and Darlene Baker. They had quite a fight as to whose initial is the bigger. Ralph Stroud joined the Air Force when he graduated. He now flies his own plane around. He has gotten three tickets for air speeding but that doesn't slow him down. He says he will take off for the moon any day now in his new freshly painted rocket ship whose name he has not decided upon yet, but is thinking of Pat as a possibility. I thought about giving up my career in the circus and going with him but I ran into Jack Gates who invited me over to his house in Milltown to see his rare collection of purple rabbits with orange tails. I might add that he has made quite a nice profit for himself. Jim Pierson and Delores Green are now married and about to have their grand opening. You've heard of the Jay C. Stores? Well. Jim is starting a new chain of Jim C. Stores. They think they'l1 be pretty stiff competition since their store is going to have all the modern in- ventions. As you near his famous store you will find that you just have to go in. Of course, you have no other choice, since Jim has a moving sidewalk that side tracks right in his front door. Billy Hawkins took over his Dad's job as cashier of the lylarengo State Bank, but Billy has come upastep. He now owns the bank in which he furnishes all the money and makes loans to anyone who needs it. Elva Smitley and her husband still live in their little trailer, but are going to have to buy a larger one pretty soon, since their family has increased four times since I left.

PIHIPHECY T Coletta House became an airline hostess and was lost over Africa when she forgot to shut the door. There has been news of an African tribe called the Keetseys, who have been causing quite a commotion these last few years. Could this be news of Co1etta's whereabouts? Judy Grunden is the manager of Marengo's famous trio, The Darling Sisters, who are now starring in a Broadway Musical called Four Stones On The Path. As I visited with Mr. Gottfried, Miss Knight, and Mr. Hanger, l could see that they were still in a daze because of the success of this group. I was sad at the thought of leaving but decided to come again in the near future.
