SLNIUK LLAS5 WILL We, the members of the graduating class of 1957, being of horse sense and stable mind, do declare this to be our last will and high school testament, x 1 To Mr. Gottfried, we will all excess homework and used tests so that he won't have to worry about the class of next year doing their own work. To Mr. Hanger we will the gumption and stamina to work out the kinks and flaws of the freshman and eighth grade so as to have a good ball team for the years to come. To Miss Knight, who was always our favorite, we will the right to have a class that never whispers or snickers so she will not give up teaching and go back to farming. To Mr. and Mrs. Todd and Mr. Atkins, who never had our whole class to- gether, we will part of the headaches we caused so the other three teachers can get rid of part of theirs. To Mr. Nash, always a friend in times of distress, we will the annual room, and all the waste paper in it, to burn in the furnace next winter, so save money, of course. I, Jack Gates, will my ability to pass in all my subjects to Jim Mills, and my seat close to Bruce Pearson in study hall to anyone who will promise to use it as I have, for a good cause. I, Carl Linton, will my curly hair to Stuart Gottfried so that he won't have to get so many permanents, and my ability to go steady to Scott Miller. I, Ralph Stroud, will my height to Bob Richardson in hopes he will make better use of it on the basketball team than I did, and to my sister Carol, I will the ability to pass in Miss Knight's classes so she won't fail in Latin. I, Tom Wyman, will the ability to like school better than Idid to my sister, Jane, and the ability to go steady to Wayne Sloan. I, Bill Hawkins, will my place as Captain ofthe CAVEMEN to Bruce Pearson, and my ability to pass in classes to Jim Mills. I, William Agan, will my ability to get along with the teachers to Jim Curts, and all of my excess hair oil to Donnie Pierson. I, Jack Wyman, will my muscles to Jim Zahnd, and my knowledge of cars to Bruce Pearson in hopes he will use it to a better advantage than I have. I, Jim Pierson, will my ability to go steady to Alfred, and my ability to pass in my subjects to Richard Lockwood. I, Shelvia Bowman, will my crown to Imogene Grunden in hopes that she will be queen next year, and to Sylvia Line I will my glasses so that she can keep a closer watch on Donnie Pierson. I, Carol Wyman, will my slowness to Jane Batman, and my drivers license to Margaret Jones. I, Coletta House, will my excess weight to Margaret Jones, since she is so slim, and the remains of my typewriter to Donnie Hughes. ' I, Elva Smitley, will my ability to keep my mouth shut at least part of the time to Gabby Key, and my short legs to Jim Mills so he won't have to have so much room when he sits down. I, LaVerne Maddox, will my old beat-up typewriter to Linda Summers, and my wonderful knowledge of English to Betty Stewart. , I, Judy Grunden, will one of our gentle cows to my cousin, Imogene, so she won t have to go around with an almost broken arm, and my glasses to June Prather so she can see Charlie Baylor better when he comes home.

JACKIE LEE WYMAN There's a little good in every bad little boy. JUDY LYNN GRUNDEN In school a quiet lass she seems to be, but who knows if it's true when she's free. UIJHDD ll IIJIJ I, Hazel Townley, will my height to Bobby Poindexter in hopes that he can make a hit with the tall girls, and my brown hair and eyes to my cousin, Della Sprinkle . I, Rachel Larimore, will my glasses to Liz Zahnd so she can keep close watch on Bobby Ross, and my slimness to Margaret Jones so she won't have to go on so many unsuccessful diets. I, Dorothy Walton, will my favorite phrase-I don't know-to anyone who promises not to overwork it. To these wills do we attach our signatures: 4 Ml! Q f Q f of Cv W If Q M WDW M Q! SQ?
