THE l984 CONOCOCHEAGUE INTRODUCES THE PRI G LIPPLEME T A yearbook supplement is something new at GAHS. The idea began in the fall of l983 when seniors asked how to have their graduation covered in the yearbook. They found out the only way to do it was a spring supplement and the yearbook staff went to work, covering graduation and many other spring events that were never in the yearbook before. With the work now finished on this first issue, the staff proudly presents the l984 Spring Supplement. The yearbook staff takes this opportunity to thank the patrons listed on page nineteen for supporting the Spring Supplement. 'l
T -I CHAMPIONS AGAI TRACK TEAM W NS l984 B L TITLE The l984 Girls Track Team did it again this year, winning the BML Conference Meet Championship and going on to place Seventh at States. The team also placed Second at the McConnellsburg Invita- tional, Third at Dickinson, Third at Districts, and set ten new school records. Tracy Bowers was State Champion in the 330 me- ter run and Gena Korrell placed Third in the 800 meter run. Tracy, Gena, Carol Ritz, and Ruth Rine also placed Fourth in the state 3200 meter relay.
