L Student Pa rtieipation Student Participation, an organization built on the American democratic tradition, otters the individual student the oppor- tunity to become part ot an actual, working government. Student Par has formulated many plans which have proven beneficial to our school and its citizens. Using our national government as a model, Dickinson has its own executive, legislative and iudicial branches. Through these media each student is truly well represented. An organization ot which we are extremely proud in Dickinson High School is the National Honor Society. lt is composed ot intelligent, hard- working upperclassmen who have successfully tulhlled requirements in the areas of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.
