DRAMATIC PLA YERS Organized in 1960, the Dramatic Players are con- cerned with promoting an interest in dramatics at De- Vilbiss. They give many programs throughout the year, such as this year’s show for the Faculty Christmas Party. Planned by Beth Dettelbach, the program con- sisted of a skit and reading to the children. Mrs. Pow- nall and Miss Hodgson are the advisers when the club meets Monday afternoons, at 3:30. Although member- ship is limited to thirty, anyone with a C average and a desire for furthering himself in drama is eligible. SHARPS AND FLATS Sharps and Flats is composed of twenty-eight music- minded students who either sing, play an instrument, or dance Since their purpose is to promote music as a cultural and artistic means of self-expression, the mem- bers entertain at meetings each in his own particular field of music. Along with other musical projects such as attending various concerts, Sharps and Flats partici- pated in several social and service projects.
