Thirteen thousand islands from West to East, seems like a pearl chain in Southeast Asia. The average temperature in Indonesia is 79 F with rate from 65 to 85 degrees. This makes it possible for atheletes to play soccer or badminton the whole year. This also makes it possible to have a beacher party every weekend for teenagers. Indonesia has numerous cultures, cus- toms, and common languages. However, we are diverse but unified, unified in feeling we are all Indonesian, and we are responsible to improve our lovely country, Indonesia Tanah Airku. Hence, although I love my family, the Hawkey family, more than I like Cudahy, I have to leave, to improve my country. Bye everybody, good luck in future life. Luck always, ROW 1: P. Stark, L. Libraries are not made, they grow --Cudahy High School Library has grown because it fills the needs of students to find information, knowledge, and ideas which have been recorded from the Stone Age to the present Space Age. We have come a long way from the simple collection of books which was the library of the 1930's and 40's. As the objectives of the school broadened to include training for living in a rapidly changing world, the role of the li- brary became increasingly important. The teachers and the librarian work together to help young people to prepare to meet the challenge of the future. Although books, magazines, and newspapers continue to be the basic part of the library, many non-printed materials such as records, films, microfilm, and tapes have been added. Because all of these materials are administered from a central area, the title Library has been changed to Instructional Materials Center. We in Cudahy Senior High School continue to use the dear, old fashioned word Library.- Get a library pass for sixth period. (Cudahy Senior High School Student) 1 Retiring after 31 years as the li- brarian of Cudahy Sr. High 19T2-T3
