ACT II Seven years later we beheld the class, now increased in number, as they climbed the steps of C. H. S. for the first time. ACT III SCENE ONE unfolded unto the class as one of the most wonderful years of our lives, that of Freshmen. Student Council Members, Rosy Johnson and Fred Ray- burn, had the leading roles, while our directors were Miss Beaver and Mr. John- son. Our starlet was Pat Sager, one of the Homecoming Queen's attendants. SCENE TWO found the class preparing for bigger and better things. Our di- rectors were Miss Del Ponte and R. T. Warner. President Deke McBride head- lined the cast, featuring: Pat Sager, Vice-Pres., Peg Tittle, Sec.-Treas., and Marie Fairchild, Student Council Member. lrene Hall represented the class as one of the attendants to the Homecomig Queen. SCENE THREE was filled with many wonderful happenings. Our float for Homecoming, entitled, Weill Clean 'Emln placed first, our play, Our Miss Brooks, a huge success, was very capably directed by Mr. Miller. The Jr.-Sr. Reception with the theme, A Hawiian Paradise was held at Harrison Park Country Club. Rosy Johnson was our candidate for Homecoming Queen. Leading the class in a very prosperous year were Charles Kay, Pres.g Sue Cotterell, Vice-Pres., Rosy johnson, Sec.-Treas.g Corky Smith, Student Council Member, and Pat Smith, Re- porter. Mrs. Myers and Mr. Goodnight directed us. SCENE FOUR presented the most wonderful year of them all, our Senior year. Our leading man was Fred Rayburn, Pres., and, sharing the spotlight with him were: Rosy Johnson, Vice-Prcsg Darla Skeen, Sec.-Treas.g Bob Roark, Student Council Member, and Peg Tittle, Reporter. Our directors were Mrs. Carol Myers and Mr. Bryce Miller. Miss Pat Smith was crowned Homecoming Queen by co-captains, Fred Ray- burn and Deke McBride. Our float theme was Let's Press 'Em Out. Washington, D. C., Here We Comew became our class slogan, because we worked very hard to make the trip a reality. As the curtain closed, it closed on twelve years of school life which we will al- ways cherish and remember as some of the best years of our lives.
