Allyson Lawler: You can usually find me sailing towards Avalon aboard Afternoon DeIight. Erin Haley: I like to go for long walks on the beach. Kara McGuinness: I usually pack my bags and leave for skiing. Susan Seely: I like to have munch attacks and ramble with good friends. Lynn Etkins: My very favorite thing to do is to plan my weekend with friends and sit back and see if for once it will work out. Ilene Hess: I like to have fun with my friends and stay as far away from school as possible. Lisa Imbernino: I like to go to the Concert Factory, but not on mod nights. Eric Ruffing: I like to go to java in the morning and eat peanut butter sandwiches at LesIie's in the afternoon. Shirley Gregorius: On the weekends I like to spend time with my friends, go to parties and just have a good time. Rick Scott: I like to eat. lympic Week promotes spirit and pride Olympic week gave students a chance to become involved while competing or rooting for their classes. The event featured a week's worth of lunchtime activities in which each class attempted to outdo the others. Though the juniors seemed to dominate the week, winning tug-of-war by their brute strength, VW stuffing by cramming an astounding 21 juniors into the car and pyramid building with their monkey-like agility, sophomores captured first place after winning the innertube water polo and the obstacle course, which was worth more points Olympic Week was judged a success by referees Mike Hess and MaryAnn Muller, and it is hoped to become an annual event.
