BUZZ RIEGEL Sgt. at Arms DON PETERSON President ROGER BROWN Vice President Mrs. GEE Mr. FOSSEN Advisors ,Qs A Sophomores Secretary GARY TAYLOR Treasurer The largest class in the school, the Sophomores, had a very successful year under the guidance of Mr. Fos- sen and Mrs. Gee. The class officers were Don Peterson, president, Roger Brown, vice president, Sue Tros- per, secretary, Gary Taylor, treasurer, Buzz Riegel, Sgt. at Arms, and Darrell Halverson, Sophomore Rep- resentative to the Student Council. Twins seemed to capture most of the honors, as Sandy Wayno was elected Kalhowya Attendant, and Sharon Wlayno represented the Sophomore class at Homecoming Attendant. For the Girls' Clib Tolo the Sophomore girls elected Buzz Riegel as Duke. Karla Richardson and Barbara Hess were Girls, Club officers, and Marv Kasemeier was the tenth grade representative to the Boys' Club. Sophomore Class Editor for the Klahowya was Sherry Lucas, and Alan Sussman served as Sophomore sports reporter for the Clover Leaves. A New York skyline was the setting for the Soph dance, HManhattan Serenade. In sports, the turnout was good with twenty boys on the Sophomore football team, six boys on the Reserve team, and four Sophomore boys saw action on the ales Varsitf s uad. There were Hfteen bo fs on the So Jhomore basketball team, and 4,6 5 Cl 5 1 QBQQ six on the Reserve team. ' And now, as our Sophomore year draws to a close, we will look back on our K ,M 1, X. days of ujulius Caesar, snowstorms, and French conjugations as a wonderful part fig, I of Om- high School life.
