CATHERINE McAULEY Throughout our four years at Cathedral, we have received the lasting benefits of a Catholic edu- cation through the untiring zeal and interest of the Sisters of Mercy. Founded by Mother McCauley, the Sisters of Mercy, whose mother- house is situated in North Plain Held, New Jersey, dedicate their lives to the training of youth. In- spired by a single motive, the glory of Cod, and the salvation of souls, and a single goal, the formation of the ideal Christian woman, the well as Sisters of our Faculty, as the lay members, have unceasingly taught us Cathedralites through example and exhortation the im- P ortance of high ideal principles. We salute the Faculty of Cathe- dral by reserving a special place for them in this our Annual.
