The Cclntub THE CANTAB - successor to THE ANNUAL, THE CAMJUAN, THE BROWNIE, and THE CAMHI- JUAN - has been published every spring since 1938. At that time, when the staff was desirous of choosing a name which would be permanently usable from year to year, THE CANTAB was sug- gested by Mr. Waldo R. Lebold, the advisor. The name is derived from the Latin word Cantabrigen- sis , meaning associated with Cambridge . In 1963 the coat of arms of Cambridge, England was adopted for the cover. Traditionally the publication of the yearbook at Cambridge High School has been a responsibility of the iunior class. Row l. - Carol Shipley, Bonnie Olden, Elaine Chelekis, Linda Hazlett, Mary McKim. The group this year has been an energetic one and has worked well with their ad- visor, Miss Arnold.
