THE BLOCKBUSTER staff keeps a chronicle of day by day for Burroughs students by posting school, national, and world news clippings on campus bulletin boards. Bi-Weekly they publish the regular Blockbuster school paper in the Ridgecrest Times H erald. A backshop tour of Hub- bard Printing and a series of lectures added to the staff's understanding of journalism. The group is actually a journalism class, instructed by Mr. Wayne C. Harshg mem- bers receive full credit for the course. Introducing - THE FOREIGN LAN- GUAGE CLUB was formed this year to stimulate inter- est in the languages, cus- toms and peoples of the world. The group has been busy writing their constitution, planning to acquire pen pals in foreign countries, and learning foreign dances foie!! These proiects have brought much enioyment to the members and have put rhythm and harmony into the plots of our school ac- tivities.
