WOMEN'S STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION The main objective of WSCA this year has been the Hnal establishment ol the new cooperative system of gov- ernment lor the women stuflents. This new form of govern- ment was the culmination of a year of planning and study. WSGA has in its framework three branches: the jucli- cial, the legislative, anfl the executive. The functioning borly ol' the juclieial branch is the ,luclicial Board, which serves as a court ol violations ol the governing regulations. The legislative and executive branches inelucle the I-louse of Representatives and the Senate, composed ol memhers from each ol the three upper classes. Among its activities, WSCA sponsors a Party Night, Sem Night, and the Stuclent-Faculty Banquet anrl Tea. A philanthropic project is attempted each year, each semes- ter, WSCA presents a scholarship to a fleserving Bucknell coecil. The Big Four. - . 8
