Divided We Stand, United We Fall This year's team of grapplers are in short supply but their overall enthusiasm and team spirit are not on the short side. Coach Fred Merz's Bulldogs have some returning veterans in Brian Mortenson. Mike Davis. John Speyer, Bob Mazzacone, and John VanTassell, which should contribute some outstanding efforts and which may not be sufficient to win all matches. Row 1: Laurie Morrison. Row 2: Debbie Ciancanelli, Chris Yanarella. Row 3: Geralyn Carola, Chris Serre, Debbie Schofield, Renita Morgan. “Gosh These Boots Hurt!” Instead of a formal color guard, this year the American flag and B.H.S.’s colors were carried by our twirlers. Under the direction of Mr. Cyrus Vaughn, seven girls entertained football fans during half time with several routines while ac- companied by our glorious band. On different occasions our twirlers have par- ticipated in parades in Beacon and other cities. May these girls twirl on to higher achievements. 117
