Pence, Wayne Sieh, and Wayne Testerman. Kansas State UNESCO promotes peace by understanding others The Kansas State College UNESCO was the first one to be organized at a college. Anyone interested in furthering the work and purpose of UNESCO may become a member. The organization provides discussion groups, speakers, workshops and UN Day activities. Dick Hanson was president and Per Stensland and Rosemary Owens were sponsors.
