Ed Geerlings and Bob Wiersma have started a Model-Photography Agency with Ed getting the models and Bob taking the pictures. So far they have acquired two models, Thelma Van Zoeren to model the long clothes and Marcia Timmer to model the short clothes. Karen Huxtable and Dorothy Vereeke are living with their husbands on the college campus and are busy helping them further their educations. The ham radio operators of the world have the honor and privilege of wel- coming Joe Ver Plank and Wayne Millard into their ranks. Helen Hungerink and Dave Tyink are keeping busy with their nine little hoodlems Qlike father, like sonl. Keeping the bachelor profession alive are Slug Raterink, Vern Meeuwsen, Bob Lampen, and Dennis Jonker. Anne De Pree, now a spinster, runs a home for aged horses. John Van Dam, an ardent admirer of Anne, is still building up courage to ask for her hand. Meanwhile he is completing a course in HOW TO GET ALONG WITH HORSES. A flight to the moon has been planned by Jim Geib and Arvin Sneller. They may go on to Mars to visit the Spinster Colony consisting of Rose Van Koever- ing, Mary Ter Haar, and Della Nykamp. Sherwin Broersma is spinning the discs for the new radio station WVRE, Vriesland. That ever-popular recording group, The Four Flea Flickers , con- sisting of Rose Staat, Frances Rynsburger, Arlene Broekhuis, and Winifred Koert have appeared on the show many times. Duane Kossen and Russ Oldebekking have gone into the trucking business, the main route going from Drenthe to Dorr. Donna Klynstra, Barbara Lamer, and Helen Rozema are editing the Lonely Hearts Column in the New York Times. Also on the newspaper staff, we have Darlene Berghorst and John De Jonge as co-editors of the Art Departmentg Peggy Kole as creator of a series of articles entitled, Secrets of Charm , and Tom Bloemsma is working his way up from the obituaries. Ron Dekker is representing the United States in the Olympic Games par- ticipating in the puddle -jumping contest. We have news of a very successful trap line inAlaska run by Eugene De Jonge and Don Schout. John Zwyghuizen and Wayne Vander Ploeg have taken over Berghorst Tire Shop and are selling Crosleys on the sideline. ' Congratulation to Jan Van Peursem, who has received the awardofbeing America's finest woman lawyer. Her first case deals with Bonnie Van Dam and Kay Wiggers, who have been accused of stealing a chicken. Nathan Dygraaf is president of the Puny Planter Peanut Planters, Inc.
