i 2 Wire and wireless The radio studio is the originating point of school programs broadcast over XVHIZ or through the inter-com to all rooms at ZHS. The studio is lined with acoustical tileg there are mike outlets, a piano. and blackout curtains for supplemental use in audio-visual work. This year the room was used for music classes, while the auditorium was being built. The control room contains the P. A. or inter-com switchboard and power units. There is a direct line to station XVHIZ for school broadcasts, and tape recordings can be made for delayed broadcast. This and the adjoining office serve also as headquarters for city wide audio-visual services to all schools under the direction of W Robert Horn.
