Alain Tribe Multitude journeys to Abilene For Bi-District Tilt After winning the District l-AAAA football championship, the grid team and the Student Body prepared to meet the undefeated Abilene Eagles in bi-district com- petition. Abilene became the tilt's host town by the flip of a coin, so Indians battled the District 2-AAAA Champs 465 miles from home the day after Thanksgiving, The chartering of two buses for spectators plus the making of the journey by the band and a crowd of fans swelled the Indian cheering section to approximately 500.
