EUGENE SULLIVAN MUSIC TEACHERS A part of every Ysleta High School foot- ball game is the between-halves show under the direction of the music department. The music teachers work hard to provide excellent entertainment for the spectators and thus help bring home the honors to our Alma Mater. They are to be highly commended for their ingenuity and skill in directing varied shows and for their contribution to our pep meetings. s. ui J L THE STUDENT BODY OF YSLETA HIGH SCHUGL Because we feel that every loyal Ysleta High School student helped in some way to contribute to the success of our football team, we wish to include our student body in this section depicting the football season. The school spirit for which Ysleta High School is so well known comes from the hearts of all its students. Without the backing of such a loyal group, a team would have little inspiration to keep fighting from game to game.

, 1. ziv, M1 .ll iw' li? I Luigi ! 24 tl YSLETA HIGH SCHGOL BAND The senior concert and marching band of Ysleta High School is well-known throughout the Southwest for its many excellent performances. In addition to playing for all football games and appearing at all pep meetings and in all parades during the football season, the band also appears yearly in the El Paso Sun Carnival parade on New Ycar's Day and enters the regional division of the tri-state music contest. Clad in maroon and white uniforms, the Ysleta High School band is a feature attraction wherever it appears.
