Since that time, he has taught us to be proud of knowl- edge, to thirst for learning, and to try and answer the many questions in our lives. Through his thoughtful guidance and genuine .interest in the young people, he has served both the community and the students of York High School loyally and well. He has been both a personal friend and advisor to many of us. In the days to come, we shall miss this old philosopher but we shall not forget him. To you, Mr. Miller, this yearbook is dedicated. 2
