DEDICATION We the Senior Class of 1956 dedicate this Talisman to Mrs, Evelyn Guthrie to show our deep gratitude and appreciation for all the help and guidance she gave us, Mrs, Guthrie is the Commercial teacher at York, but we found that her talents went far beyond the teaching of commercial subjects, She found time to be the advisor of the Spotlight Staff, to take the Sophomores and Juniors to Athens, to be an active sponsor of the Sophomore class, and this year to take the Seniors to Chicago. She taught fair play and always practiced what she taught. We hope that she accepts this dedication as our thanks to her,
