New Additions Made in Office Secretaries and Assistants New also tliis year were the two general office secretaries, Mrs. Shirley Sykes and Mrs. Virginia Collie (below . Mrs. Doris Barnes ' right) liecanie full-time secretary t the principal. The efficiency and smoothness with which the office and guidance administrations operate are laigely due to the ex- cellent student help. Students in both departments act as receptionists, assisting in answering the many demands and requests of the student hodv. In addition, these assistants do filing, run errands, and keep up a line of communication between the offices and the classroom teachers. MR. LEWIS E. SIMPSON B.A. Vice-Principal and Athletic Director New this year is the office of vice-principal which is aptly filled by Mr. Lewis (Rusty) Simpson. He success- fully carries out his numerous duties, including dis- cipline, while maintaining the respect and loyalty of the student body.
