We Dedicate At the beginning of our school year, many new faces greeted us. Both school enrollment and buildings had almost doubled in size and space. Among the new faces was a new prin - cipal . For his sincere interest and friendliness toward the entire student body, for his helpful guidance and ad- vice in every area of our school life, and for his efforts and achievements toward the betterment of our school during this first year at York High School, the Senior Class of 1961 de- dicates this edition of the FALCON to Mr. John H. Stevens, Principal, York High School. Mr. Stevens, pausing in his busy schedule to talk with students, is a familiar sight. Mr, Stevens shares a grim moment with the team and coaches.
