We are a part of all that we have met-- both in our surroundings and in our school life. Three years ago York High School was or- ganized--the first county-wide high school for York County. It was built on a battlefield of the Revolutionary Warp around it are many markers of historical value, where we learn history first handg nearby is Yorktown, itself, and not far away are Jamestown and Williams- burg. YORKTOWN DAY In this the 350th year of the settlement at Jamestown, with the celebration comme- morating this event, we felt that most people would be looking back.
