At the Top of our Government Vice-President, Ron Tamorig President, Allan Miles, Secretary, Candy Doyle. During the past year a significant change has taken place in student government at Ygnacio Valley High. Although this change did not occur in the structure of our gov- ernment, students' attitudes toward their government are much improved over pre- vious years, and I hope the trend of more student involvement in government con- tinues. As in other areas of student life, Ygnacio students have come to expect excellence from their government. Your leaders have attempted to use the follow- ing statement as a guide for their actions in student government: What government is best? That which teaches us to govern ourselves. Allan Miles
