CLASS WILL We, the Senior class of Yellville-Summit High School, of the city of Yellville, county of Marion, and state of Arkansas, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by us. We as a class will to the Juniors our ability to be good. To Joe Milum and Fayne Gibson, A. G. Keeter wills his ability to be mean in class and not get caught. To T. L. Evans, Curtis Pangle wills his quiet disposition. Lorene and LaVern will their good grades to the Juniors so that the teach- ers will stop wondering WWhat's wrong with that class anyway?N Dugan Robison wills his ability to disagree with Mrs. Angel and get by with it to Junior Mills. LaVern Tolliver wills her ability to stick to one man and leave the rest of them alone to Pauline McClain. We hope she will make good use of it. Patty Sandstead wills her acting ability to Mary Ellen Robison and Kathleen Schoolfield with the hope that they'll be great stars in the Senior play next year. Mrs. Cavaness, our sponsor, wills her tests and temper to the Senior sponsor next year. Kids, you have our sympathy! Norma Mears wills her ability to get typing lessons in on time to who ever needs it the worse. Do you want it Fred? I will my typewriter to Fred Ziegler with the hope that everytime he wants to type some Junior beats him to it. ' Doris Mae Davenport wills her ability to always disagree with everyone to Betty Jo Horner. LaVern Tolliver wills to Lydia Burns her ability to be engaged and act it. To Helen Adams, Arnold Koester wills his ability to look out the window in English class. C. D. Gilley wills his ability to sleep in Democracy to Vernon Patterson with the hope that he keeps his mouth shut a while. Troy Smith wills his pretty shirts to Junior Williams if Wilma likes them O. K. and Alma Lee doesn't mind. Claud Avey wills his mumbling when taking a test to Walton Jefferson. To G. H. Wickersham, Warren Robison wills his flirting ways.

Oh! yes, Yellville has a new taxi service, Cab hh. C. D. Gilley owns iff- He has about 25 taxis I was told but I didn't get to see him and I did so want to. They said he was married and had four children. Well, I got a letter from LaVern before I left and she happened to men- tion that Doris Mae Davenport came to see her the other day. Doris finally married her Gerald and they are living in Kansas City now. They have three boys. Oh! yes, she did mention that she saw Yvonne Reed downtown and that Yvonne said that they had come back to Yellville to live. She and her hus- band were living in Washington. Of course, I keep in touch with Mrs. Cavaness, who was our senior class sponsor. She was down home last summer for a vacation. She has quit teach- ing school but tney still live in Yellville. Last September when we were in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I was never so shocked in all my life. We were driving around the countryside viewing the scenery one afternoon when we saw a beautiful home down in the valley. On the road leading down to it were playing three small boys and two small girls. They were so dark they looked like Mexicans so we stopped to talk to them. We were surprised when they spoke English perfectly, but they didn't wait for us to get out of the car they climbed in and one piped up NThat way misterng We knew nothing to do but take them home. You can imagine what a shock when we drove up to the gate and David Sewell cameiout to meet us. You know he always said he was going to have the largest family in Arkansas, but I never believed him. He married Ruth Ann Dillard in 1950. They also have a small baby. David is doing some kind of government work there but Ruth Ann said he didn't do anymore than he had to. I bet those kids keep him plenty busy without having to work at an office. How are the children? That picture you sent of the twins sure is sweet. Merry is a lot like you but Bobby is exactly like his Dad, that dark hair and eyes and his winning ways. How is little Peter? I am so anxious to see him. Does he look like you or Bob? How is your writing coming along. I read your last article in the Christian Advorat. It really was good. Why don't your use your own name for your writings? I bet several of the kids that grad- uated with us that year doesn't know that you are doing journalism work. Well, I must close I see the children coming. Billie sure is having a wonderful time. He pretended all the time we were on the boat that he was the captain and Glenda was his mate. We are doing some research work for the Board of Missions but are taking some time off for a vacation. I guess when we get back we will settle down for a few years and not make anymore trips over here. I must go now, see you when we return to the states. Love, fy JQ. ,W
