SE IGRS Four years ago an imbroglio of brash, arrogant students entered the halls of dear old YI-IS. Everyone asked the same question that first day: Where is Room 18? or Where is Room 28? We finally learned our way around and ended up the year with a wonderful picnic out at the State Lake. Our wonderful picnic ended up with a not-so-wonderful cloud- burst. The Big Wheels, our second year, were lhve Bride, John Boyles, .Tack Coates, and Sally Nusinson. The first semester we gave the most ter- rific assembly ever shown in YI-IS. It will never be equalled. We intro- duced to the citizenry of YHS the Liberacel I-Ie WEB a great hit and our class will never forget him. We again ended up the year with a picnic at Van Osdel's farrn. 'I'he weather was better that year. Our Junior year started right off with hard Work. After electing our Moguls: Tom Hanson, Jack Coates, Carol Lehman, Sandra Hansen, We sold magazines. 'I'hen we put on a tremendous play, Stage Door . Then we planned and carried out our Mardi Gras and had one of the most successful ever presented in YHS. We worked even harder and gave the seniors a grand banquet and prom and, of course, ended up with a picnic. Our Senior year was taken up with taking tests of all sorts. Of course we elected our Top Brass: .Tohn Boyles, Bob Stewart, Carol Lehman, and Larry Obr with the Chiefs Of Staff consisting of Miss Bang, Miss Burgi, Mr. Bauer, Mr. Schiller, and Mr. 'I'hrall. This spring we pre- sented the most different and most colossal, of all different and col- lossal, Remarkable Incident at Carson Corners . Now the time is rapidly approaching. We are looking forward to stumbling across the stage and obtaining our coveted sheepskinsu. Then it will be all over. You have seen the last of the Class of 56 but you will never cease to hear of them. fand from them. j
