STUDENT COUNCIL WE, THE PEOPLE F F There're short ones, tall ones, slim ones and stout ones among the 572 different personalities who attend this American institution of democracy for moments of work and play. So now, the Annual Staff devotes a section to WE THE PEOPLE, to the seniors and the underclass- men. Clean-up drives, an iron-lung campaign, Arickara fes tivity plans and study hall government were accomplished by the Student Council which has representatives from each homeroom who meet every Tuesday morning with Prin. R. E. Nichol to discuss problems and plans. Bill Tschetter presided over the group the first semester and Kenneth Brimmer the final semester.
