I 1 '- 7 s 'r ' I ' 1 ' ' 9 I . . . . , us l xx cnm ni lomti Nl xx tr 1 m u 1 u Xm tu 1 Elumnr Qlllass On December 7 1927 the Class of Z9 was organized It chose Allison Amstutz as president to lead it through this its Junior year Thereby the class showed its usual discrimination and good Judgment for Allison has made an excellent and efhcient president Other class oflicers included Joe Halderman vice president who has oeen of much aid to the president Harry Landes treasurer and Matilda Jameson assistant treasurer who have handled the money part oi the administration-the class dues the party, Junior-Senior banquet, and class play fund most competentlyg Sally Johnson and Lauradell Amstutz, corresponding and recording secretaries respectively, who were well qualified to fill their positions, Caroline Wertz, social chairman, to whom fell the ditlicult task of supervising the Junior- Senior banquet, which was a most delightful affair. The Juniors considered themselves especially fortunate in obtaining the help of Miss Jacqueline Thompson as class advisor. Her enthusiasm and goo-d fellowship made her especially fitted for this position. The class selected as its fiowers, the red rose and pussywillow, and as its colors, scarlet and grey. ONW'ARD IS OUR AIM, is their motto.
