The members of the Woonsocket Student Council con- sist of the president of each class and the student council representative. Under the guidance of student body pres- ident, Mark Trudeau, the council organized the 1969 homecoming activities. Career Days were promoted by the council and a dance was sponsored by them. The student council advisor is Mrs. Basham. 28 Vocations are planned by students.

Executive Duties The school board—deciding another major issue. The school board spent many long hours in meeting this year, deciding on important issues concerning the pupils and school district. Mrs. Katherine Senska was named chairman of the school board. Other members of the school board are Gayland Trudeau, Richard Parsons, Rodney Alexander, Melvin Bergeleen, and Mrs. Mable Ball. 27
